Normally I avoid ‘top ten’ and ‘tips’ articles. It’s all too easy to say how *someone else* should write a case study; the only real test is to write the darn thing.
On the shaky ground that two negatives make a positive, I am adding ‘top ten’ to ‘tips’ for my Top Ten Tips for creating a great case study:
Focus on the purpose, not the process
Ask about objectives, aims and dreams
Find out what stopped those dreams
Ask about the impact
Listen to the personal decision journey
Learn what steps were taken
Hear about trust and leaps of faith
Enjoy the relief of success
Pin down the results in hard cash
Hire a great writer
